Can Prompts constitute a relevant human contribution to protect AI-generated work?
In the classification of AI-generated works we can distinguish between (i) works generated autonomously by AI and (ii) works in which a relevant human contribution is verified, and copyright protection can be granted only to the latter. In this article we explore the possibility of achieving such a contribution through iterations of Prompts on what the AI generates.
